These terms govern your use of the kkb platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkb ("kkb", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kkb platform at kkb.vin, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services made available thereon. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the kkb platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
kkb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the kkb platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the kkb platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

Eligibility
Access to and use of the kkb platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet each of these requirements at all times during your use of the service.
- ▸You are at least 21 years of age. kkb takes its underage access prevention obligations seriously. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
- ▸You are acting as a private individual in your own name and on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
- ▸You have not previously been excluded from kkb or had a kkb account closed for breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
- ▸You are using your own funds. Depositing or wagering funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through unlawful means, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Account Registration & Management
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. kkb may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration details (KYC process). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kkb support immediately.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your kkb account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. kkb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
kkb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the kkb platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is registered in their own name and matches the name on their kkb account.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on kkb is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. kkb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. kkb may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual amounts.
Bonus Funds & Wagering
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately. kkb reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or misuse.
Promotions & Bonuses
kkb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- ▸Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
- ▸Promotions are available to players who have completed account verification. Unverified accounts may be ineligible for certain promotional offers at kkb's sole discretion.
- ▸kkb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of exploitation, technical errors affecting the promotion, or any other circumstances that render the continuation of the promotion unfair or impractical.
- ▸Free spins credited as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer. Expired free spins and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
Collusion & Fraud
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited. This includes chip dumping, match-fixing, coordinated betting, and any form of coordinated cheating. Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the kkb platform in place of a human player is also prohibited.
Money Laundering
The kkb platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. kkb complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice. Deposits must originate from legitimate sources, and kkb may request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
Technical Exploitation
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair financial advantage is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided. Players who discover a technical error are required to cease play and report the issue to support immediately.
Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kkb platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from errors, omissions, or technical failures on the platform. kkb's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the incident.
kkb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the kkb platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to kkb's internal dispute resolution process via our support team before any other recourse is pursued.
